Tuna Puffs In Cheese Sauce
|Instant mashed potato flakes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned tuna fish||10 Ounce, drained (1 can)|
|Finely chopped celery||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped pimiento||3 Tablespoon|
|Instant minced onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Crushed corn flakes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Parsley||1 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Canned cheddar cheese soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce, undiluted (1 can)|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Dash|
Combine potato flakes, tuna fish, eggs, celery, pimiento, onion, and salt.
Form mixture into 12 balls, 2 inches in diameter.
Mix corn flakes and parsley.
Coat tuna balls with corn flake mixture.
Arrange tuna balls in an 8-inch round glass baking dish.
Microwave at HIGH 6 to 7 minutes.
Turn tuna puffs at 2 minute intervals.
Microwave soup, milk, and cayenne pepper in a 4-cup glass measure at HIGH 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
