Hot Fudge Sundae Sauce
|Light corn syrup||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Unsweetened chocolate||2 Ounce|
|Evaporated milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Stage1-Combine sugar, syrup and water.
Stage2-Cook to soft ball stage, using candy thermometer.
Stage3-Remove from heat, add chocolate and stir until melted.
Stage4-Add vanilla. Slowly add evaporated milk. Mix well.
Stage5-Keep refrigerated. Heat to serve.
