Lamb Bites With Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients
  Beaten egg 1
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Soft bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Seasoned salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dried tarragon 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Ground lamb/Ground beef 1 Pound
  Plain yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped cucumber 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Snipped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

For meatballs, in mixing bowl combine egg, milk, crumbs, onion, 3/4 teaspoon of the seasoned salt, and tarragon.
Add meat; mix well.
Shape into 1-inch meatballs; place in shallow baking pan.
Bake in 350° oven 15 to 18 minutes or till done.
Drain on paper toweling.
Meanwhile, combine yogurt, cucumber, parsley, and remaining 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt.
Serve meatballs hot with wooden picks.
Dip into yogurt mixture.
