Apple Cider Raisin Sauce

|Apple cider/Apple juice||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Seedless raisins||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Grated lemon rind||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sherry/Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
Combine cider, raisins and rind in a saucepan; cover and simmer 5 minutes.
Blend together cornstarch, mustard, sugar and sherry; stir into hot mixture and let cook until thick and clear.
