Filet Mignons With Butter Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dijon style mustard 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Filet mignon 24 Ounce (beef)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Microwave butter in glass dish for 20 to 30 seconds, on HIGH, or until softened. Beat in mustard, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Let stand at room temperature.
2. Preheat microwave browning grill for 9 minutes.
3. Dip one side of each filet into seasoned butter. Place filets buttered-side-down on preheated grill.
4. Microwave for 5 minutes on HIGH. Turn filets over and continue cooking for 4 to 5 minutes; on HIGH, or until desired doneness. Season with salt.
