Rum Raisin Sauce Sweetened With Honey
|Seedless raisins||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Currant jelly||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Grated orange rind||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Rum flavoring||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Combine raisins, water, cornstarch, and juice in a 4-cup glass measure.
Microwave at HIGH 1 to 2 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Stir into raisin mixture.
Microwave at HIGH 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened.
Stir thoroughly after 1 minute.
