Fresh Mint Sauce
|Boiling water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped mint leaves||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Mix water, sugar and vinegar, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over mint leaves and let stand in a warm place for 1/2 hour or longer.
