Pot Roasted Breast Of Lamb With Dill Sauce

Ingredients
  Lamb breast 3 Pound
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dill seed 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Peppercorns 4
  Dill sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Put lamb in kettle and add water and seasonings.
Simmer, covered, for 1 1/2 hours, or until meat is tender, adding more water if necessary.
Remove meat; strain liquid and reserve.
Prepare Dill Sauce, using liquid, and pour over meat.
