Artichokes With Lemon Butter Sauce

Ingredients
  Artichokes 4
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Snipped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Prepare, cook, and drain artichokes.
Meanwhile, melt butter or margarine;add lemon juice, and dash pepper.
Serve butter sauce with cooked artichokes.
Makes 1/3 cup sauce.
