Lemon Hard Sauce

|Lemon||1 , peel grated|
|Confectioners sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon||1⁄2 , juiced|
In a bowl, soften butter with lemon rind.
Add confectioners' sugar, a little at a time, with lemon juice and beat until very light and fluffy.
Pile in a small bowl and chill until very firm before serving.
