Instant Basic Brown Sauce
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Instant beef bouillon||1 Teaspoon|
1. Combine water, flour and seasonings in 4-cup glass measure; beat with rotary beater until smooth. Add remaining ingredients.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes. Beat well and continue cooking for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on HIGH, or until thickened, (about 200°F). Beat lightly and serve.
