Vegetable And Fish Sauce High
|Fresh mushrooms||2 Cup (32 tbs), sliced|
|Fresh green onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry white wine||2 Tablespoon|
In a 1-quart casserole combine mushrooms and onion; sprinkle with flour and salt.
Toss; add butter.
Cover and microwave 3 1/2 minutes.
Stir well after 1 1/2 minutes.
Stir in milk and mustard.
Microwave, uncovered, 3 to 4 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
Mix wine and sour cream.
Add to mushrooms; microwave 30 seconds.
