Basic Microwaved White Sauce
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||3 Tablespoon|
1. Combine all ingredients, except butter, in 4-cup glass measure; beat with rotary beater until smooth. Add butter.
2. Microwave 3 minutes on HIGH. Beat well and continue cooking 1 to 2 minutes on HIGH, or until thickened (about 175° P.). Beat lightly and serve.
