Cinnamon Flavored Chili Sauce

Ingredients
  Cinnamon sticks 4 , broken in pieces
  Whole cloves 10
  Celery seed 1 Tablespoon
  Whole black peppercorns 6
  Red chilies 4 Small
  Cider vinegar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Ripe tomatoes 15
  Sweet red peppers 3
  Sweet green pepper 1
  Onions 3 Large
  Coarse salt 4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Place broken cinnamon sticks, cloves, celery seed, peppercorns, and chilies in a cheesecloth bag.
Pour vinegar into a large pot.
Add spice bag and bring vinegar to a boil.
Let simmer covered for 20 minutes.
Lift out spice bag and squeeze well into the vinegar.
Peel tomatoes and cut into small pieces.
Wash red and green peppers, cut in half and remove seeds.
Finely chop onions and peppers by hand or in a food chopper, taking care not to puree or liquefy them.
Add tomatoes, peppers, and onions to vinegar mixture.
Add salt and 1/2 cup of the sugar.
Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
Then add remaining 1 cup of sugar and boil rapidly, stirring often, until sauce thickens.
