Microwave Cranberry Sauce
|Cranberries||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (raw)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Put cranberries, water and sugar into a 1-quart glass measuring cup. Cover cup loosely with plastic wrap. Cook in microwave oven 3 to 5 minutes at HIGH, or until cranberries have popped; stir once.
2. Allow to stand several minutes after cooking; stir well and pour into sauce dish.
