Orange Sauce

Ingredients
  Honey 2 Teaspoon
  Arrowroot 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange juice concentrate 2 Teaspoon (frozen, thawed)
  Orange rind 1⁄4 Teaspoon, grated
Directions

Combine honey and arrowroot in a saucepan.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cook over heat until clear and thickened.
