Walnut Baked Chicken With Litchi Sauce

  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Pound (1/2 Cup)
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Broiler fryer 3 Pound, cut up (1 In Number)
  Flour 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Finely ground walnuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Litchi sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Cooked rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Preheat oven to hot (400°); place butter in a 9 by 13-inch baking pan in oven until butter is melted.
Remove pan from oven.
Meanwhile, beat milk with egg.
Dip chicken pieces into egg mixture.
Then coat chicken with a mixture of flour, baking powder, garlic salt, ginger, cayenne, and walnuts.
Place chicken, skin side down, in butter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes; turn and bake 20 minutes longer or until chicken is tender and well browned.
