Ginger Plum Sauce With White Wine Vinegar
|Plum jam||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped|
|Fresh ginger||1 Teaspoon, grated|
|White wine vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
1. In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients on medium heat and bring to a boil.
2. Continue boiling about 3 minutes until sauce is thickened.
