Best Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green onion 1 , finely chopped
  Sweet pickle relish 1 Tablespoon
  Drained capers 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Chopped fresh chervil/1 tsp (5 ml) dried 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh parsley/1 tsp (5 ml) dried 1 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, onion, relish, capers, chervil, parsley and mustard; mix well.
2. Spoon into a small dish. Store, covered, in refrigerator.
