2 lbs fresh or frozen sole fillets
1 (10-oz) can mushroom soup
1/3 cup milk or cream
1 small can crab meat, drained
2 or 3 tbs Parmesan cheese
Chopped chives or parsley
Separate fillets and arrange in a shallow bake pan lined with buttered foil.
Combine soup, milk and crab meat.
Season if desired with hot red-pepper sauce and lemon juice.
Spread over the fish.
Bake at 425F for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and broil until lightly browned.
Sprinkle with chives.
