Meat Balls In Sour Cream Sauce
1/4 pint (1/2 cup) milk
2 oz. (1/2 cup) dry bread crumbs
1/2 small onion, very finely
Chopped or grated
1 lb. (2 cups) minced (ground) lean raw beef
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
1 small can, about 4 oz, tomato sauce
Heat the butter in the pan and fry the meat balls until brown all over.
Remove from the pan.
Add the remaining onion, sauté for a few minutes then stir in the flour and mix well.
Add the tomato sauce and return the meat balls to the pan.
