Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients
  Plain chocolate 4 Ounce (good)
  Water 1⁄4 Pint (1 tablespoon water, extra)
  Sugar 2 Ounce
  Cornflour 3⁄4 Tablespoon (1 Dessertspoon)
  Corn flour 3⁄4 Tablespoon (1 dessertspoon)
  Water 1 Tablespoon (Extra)
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Chop chocolate roughly, combine with water and sugar in small saucepan, stir over low heat until chocolate melts and sugar is dissolved; remove from heat.
Blend cornflour (cornstarch) with extra water, stir into chocolate mixture, return to heat, stir until sauce boils and thickens, remove from heat, add vanilla.
