|Cornflour||3⁄4 Tablespoon (1 Dessertspoon)|
|Corn flour||3⁄4 Tablespoon (1 dessertspoon)|
|Water||1 Tablespoon (Extra)|
Chop chocolate roughly, combine with water and sugar in small saucepan, stir over low heat until chocolate melts and sugar is dissolved; remove from heat.
Blend cornflour (cornstarch) with extra water, stir into chocolate mixture, return to heat, stir until sauce boils and thickens, remove from heat, add vanilla.
