Piquant Mint Sauce

Ingredients
  Apple cider vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs) (good quality)
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh mint leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lime juice 1 Dash
Directions

Boil sugar and vinegar until sugar is well dissolved.
Pour over mint leaves and let stand to steep until flavor is extracted.
While still hot add salt.
Cool, add lime juice.
