Meat Sauce

Ingredients
  Pork sausage 1 Pound
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, sliced
  Dry white wine/Beef stock 3 Teaspoon
  Brown rice flour 2 Teaspoon
  Beef stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Brown sausage.
Break it up with a fork.
Lift out onto paper towels to drain all excess fat.
Leave 1 tablespoon fat in pan.
Discard the rest.
Saute the mushrooms for 1 minute.
Add wine or broth.
Simmer until mushrooms are cooked.
Stir in flour.
Mix well.
Add the 1 cup beef stock.
Stir until mixture thickens.
Add more stock if too thick.
Add sausage.
Mix well.
The broth is salty, so the use of more salt is optional.
Taste for seasoning.
Spoon over gnocchi.
