Delicate Parsley Mustard Sauce
|Regular all purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, finely chopped|
1. Melt butter in small saucepan over low heat. Stir in flour and salt. Add milk, stirring until smooth.
2. Increase heat to medium and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in mustard and parsley. Spoon over Ham Croquettes when served.
