Thin White Sauce
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Melt butter in a 1-quart glass casserole in microwave oven (about 15 seconds at HIGH). Add flour and salt and blend to a smooth paste. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly.
2. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 4 minutes at HIGH, or until thickened; stir after 2 minutes, then at the end of each 30 seconds.
