Chocolate Sauce Pudding
|Butter||2 Ounce (50 Gram)|
|Milk||3 Fluid Ounce (75 Milliliter)|
|Vanilla essence||1 Teaspoon|
|Self raising flour||4 Ounce (125 Gram)|
|Caster sugar||6 Ounce (175 Gram)|
|Cocoa powder||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Hot water||15 Fluid Ounce (425 Milliliter)|
|Brown sugar||4 Ounce (125 Gram)|
Put the butter and milk in a saucepan and heat until the butter has melted.
Stir in the vanilla.
Sift the flour, sugar and cocoa into a bowl, then beat in the milk mixture.
Pour into a deep, well-greased 1 1/4 ./ 2 pint ovenproof dish.
Combine the topping ingredients and sprinkle over the mixture, then carefully pour over the hot water.
Put into the oven preheated to moderate (180°C/350°F or Gas Mark 4) and bake for 45 minutes.
