Meat Balls In Almond Cheese Sauce
|Corn flakes/2/3 cup corn flake crumbs||2 2⁄3 Cup (42.67 tbs)|
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Ground pork||1⁄2 Pound|
|Egg||1 , slightly beaten|
|Chili powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onions||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped garlic||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped almonds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Condensed cheese soup||22 Ounce (2 Cans, 11 Ounce Each)|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
1. If using Corn Flakes, crush into fine crumbs. Combine Corn Flake Crumbs, meats, eggs, chili powder, salt and pepper. Shape into 24 1-inch balls.
2. Heat oil in large fry pan. Add meat balls, and brown on all sides. Remove from fry pan. Brown onions, garlic and almonds in remaining oil. Stir in soup; gradually add milk, stirring constantly.
3. When served, garnish with additional toasted slivered almonds.
