Chicken Breasts In Wine Sauce
|Chicken breasts||4 , skinned and boned, if desired|
|Canned mushroom stems and pieces||4 Ounce, drained (1/2 Cup)|
|Carrots||3 Medium, thinly sliced|
|White wine/Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Condensed cream of chicken soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
Arrange chicken breasts in 1 1/2-quart (10 x 6 or 8-inch round) baking dish.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Top with mushrooms, carrots and wine.
Spoon soup over top, spreading to cover.
