Open Faced Burgers With Horseradish Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced and mashed to a paste with 1/2 teaspoon salt
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Unsalted butter 1 Tablespoon
  Kaiser roll 1 , halved
  Sour cream 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Grated extra sharp cheddar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bottled horseradish 1 Tablespoon, drained
  Minced sweet pickles 1 Tablespoon (Bottled)
Directions

In a small saucepan combine the garlic paste and the butter and heat the mixture over moderately low heat, stirring, until the butter is melted.
