Orange Cranberry Sauce

|Fresh orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|

|Cranberries||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Cranberries||6 Cup (96 tbs), rinse and stemmed (fresh)|
|Grand marnier||4 Tablespoon|
|Orange peel||2 Tablespoon, grated|
|Grated orange peel||2 Tablespoon|
|Fresh lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
Step1-Combine sugar, orange juice and water in a pot. Bring boil over medium-low heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Step2- Add berries and cook until popped .
Step3- Mash some berries with the back of a wooden spoon.
Step4-Remove from heat. Cool 6 minutes.
Step5-Blend in remaining ingredients.
Step6. Cool completely. You can refrigerate sauce.
