This Orange Cranberry Sauce Recipe is loved by my family.My daughter Catherine especially likes this Orange Cranberry Sauce recipe. Though she is 16 years old, but she has mastered the cooking technique of this sauce. Whenever there is a gathering of my family and my friends, she definitely cooks this sauce. It is absolutely delicious. You should try this Orange Cranberry Sauce recipe.
Ingredients
  Sugar/Brown sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Fresh orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cranberries 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Cranberries 6 Cup (96 tbs), rinse and stemmed (fresh)
  Grand marnier 4 Tablespoon
  Orange peel 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Grated orange peel 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Step1-Combine sugar, orange juice and water in a pot. Bring boil over medium-low heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved.

Step2- Add berries and cook until popped .

Step3- Mash some berries with the back of a wooden spoon.

Step4-Remove from heat. Cool 6 minutes.

Step5-Blend in remaining ingredients.

Step6. Cool completely. You can refrigerate sauce.

This sauce goes well with which other dishes?

AnjaliD - This is a nice variation on a standard U.S. Thanksgiving recipe... so it goes very well as a relish on turkey. It also works well as a glaze on game hens and other birds.
