Blueberry Wine Sauce
|Granulated sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry white wine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Fresh blueberries/Frozen blueberries||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
In small saucepan, stir together sugar and cornstarch; stir in wine and lemon juice.
Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until mixture thickens, clears and comes to boil.
Stir in blueberries and simmer, stirring, for 1 minute or until at least half of the berries burst.
Let cool and refrigerate.
