Classic Custard Sauce

Ingredients
  Sugar 30 Milliliter (2 level tbsp)
  Custard/1 pint packet custard 30 Milliliter (2 level tbsp)
  Milk powder 1 Pint (568 ml)
Directions

1. Blend the sugar and custard powder, with a little of the measured milk, in an ovenproof measuring jug or glass bowl.
2. Stir in the rest of the milk.
3. Microwave the sauce on HIGH for 3-4 minutes or until thickened, stirring after every 2 minutes. Stir well and serve.
