Classic Custard Sauce
|Sugar||30 Milliliter (2 level tbsp)|
|Custard/1 pint packet custard||30 Milliliter (2 level tbsp)|
|Milk powder||1 Pint (568 ml)|
1. Blend the sugar and custard powder, with a little of the measured milk, in an ovenproof measuring jug or glass bowl.
2. Stir in the rest of the milk.
3. Microwave the sauce on HIGH for 3-4 minutes or until thickened, stirring after every 2 minutes. Stir well and serve.
