Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients
  Acceptable margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 4 Teaspoon
  Horseradish 2 Tablespoon, drained
  Fish stock/Clam juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, melt margarine and blend in flour, stirring constantly.
Add horseradish and fish stock or clam juice.
Continue stirring, and cook until thickened.
