Preheat oven in Convection Bake to 375°F (*350°F).
In mixing bowl, combine cornflake crumbs, paprika and garlic powder. Rinse chicken in water, then coat with crumb mixture. Place chicken in 3-quart (9" x 13") baking dish.
Convection Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until done.
In 2-cup glass measure, combine cheese spread, olives and pimiento.
Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute until heated through.
Pour sauce over cooked chicken.
