Brown Rice With Cheese Sauce
|Butter/Safflower oil||4 Teaspoon|
|Brown rice flour||4 Teaspoon|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated sharp cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Or To Taste)|
|Cooked brown rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Heat butter or oil in a saucepan.
Stir in flour and salt.
Add the milk, stirring and cooking until thickened and smooth.
Stir in the cheese.
Cook just until cheese is melted.
Blend in hot, cooked brown rice.
