Coconut Peanut Sauce
|Crunchy peanut butter||90 Milliliter (6 Tablespoon)|
|Creamed coconut||3 Ounce, crumbled (75 Grams)|
|Water||1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter)|
|Lemon juice||4 Teaspoon|
|Soft light brown sugar||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Chilli powder||1 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
|Tomato puree||1 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), skinned and crushed|
|Soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
1. Put all the ingredients into a medium ovenproof glass bowl and stir them together well.
2. Three-quarters cover the bowl with cling film and microwave on HIGH for 6-8 minutes until the sauce is boiling and thickened, stirring frequently.
3. Reduce the setting and microwave the sauce on LOW for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens, stirring two or three times during the cooking time. Serve hot.
