Coconut Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
  Crunchy peanut butter 90 Milliliter (6 Tablespoon)
  Creamed coconut 3 Ounce, crumbled (75 Grams)
  Water 1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter)
  Lemon juice 4 Teaspoon
  Soft light brown sugar 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Chilli powder 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Tomato puree 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), skinned and crushed
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Put all the ingredients into a medium ovenproof glass bowl and stir them together well.
2. Three-quarters cover the bowl with cling film and microwave on HIGH for 6-8 minutes until the sauce is boiling and thickened, stirring frequently.
3. Reduce the setting and microwave the sauce on LOW for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens, stirring two or three times during the cooking time. Serve hot.
