Meat Sauce

Ingredients
  Ground beef 5 Pound
  Onions 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
  Green peppers 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Canned tomatoes 9 Cup (144 tbs) (cooked or and juice)
  Tomato paste 2 2⁄3 Cup (42.67 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Oregano 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Brown beef; add onions and green peppers and cook slowly until tender.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer until thick enough for serving.
If the meat is fat, skim off excess fat before canning.
Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 1-inch head space.
Adjust caps.
Process pints 1 hour, quarts 1 hour and 15 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
