Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
  Water 1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter)
  Sugar 6 Ounce (175 Gram)
  Cranberries 8 Ounce (225 Gram)
  Lemon juice To Taste
Directions

Dissolve the sugar and water over a low heat.
Bring to the boil and add the cranberries.
Cover and simmer until the fruit is soft: 8-10 minutes.
Cool and then mix to a puree, using the double-bladed chopping knife.
Add lemon juice to taste.
