Omelette With Sauce

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Green pepper 1 , cleaned, seeded, cut into strips
  Red pepper 1 , cleaned, seeded, cut into strips
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
Directions

Heat oil in small cast-iron skillet until haze forms over skillet.
Add onion, garlic, and peppers; cook until vegetables begin to wilt.
Add tomato sauce; heat thoroughly.
Keep warm.
