|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), chopped|
|Green pepper||1 , cleaned, seeded, cut into strips|
|Red pepper||1 , cleaned, seeded, cut into strips|
|Canned tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
Heat oil in small cast-iron skillet until haze forms over skillet.
Add onion, garlic, and peppers; cook until vegetables begin to wilt.
Add tomato sauce; heat thoroughly.
