Tangy Chili Sauce

Ingredients
  Ripe tomatoes 12
  Onions 2 Medium, chopped
  Green peppers 2 , chopped
  Cider vinegar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Dip tomatoes into boiling water.
Core, remove skins, and cut into eighths.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cook at a slow bubble until sauce is thick and vegetables tender.
Pour mixture into hot sterilized jars; seal, cool, and store.
