Herbed Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
  Canned italian style tomatoes 112 Ounce (4 Can)
  Tomato paste 12 Ounce (1 Large Can)
  Dry red wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Basil leaves/2 tablespoons dried basil leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced or pressed
  Minced rosemary leaves/1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Oregano leaves/2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves 1 Tablespoon, minced
Directions

In a 5- to 6-quart pan, combine tomatoes and their liquid, tomato paste, red wine, basil, garlic, rosemary, and oregano.
Smash tomatoes into small chunks with a slotted spoon.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Simmer gently, uncovered, until the tomato sauce is reduced to 12 cups, about 45 minutes; stir occasionally.
