|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Egg yolks||3 , beaten|
In 2-cup glass measure, place butter, lemon juice, pepper and mustard.
Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute until butter melts.
With a wire whisk, blend in egg yolks.
Microwave on MEDIUM for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Pour over cooked chicken.
