|Trout fillet||1⁄2 Pound (smoked)|
|Fresh dill||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Arrange trout on platter or serving dish.
Combine horse radish, dill, mayonnaise, and sour cream until well blended and serve over fish.
