Vegetables With Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Prepared horseradish 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Broccoli flowerets 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Carrots 1 1⁄2 Pound, scraped and diagonally sliced
Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients in a small saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until hot.
(Do not boil.) Set aside, and keep warm.
Arrange broccoli flowerets and carrot slices in a vegetable steamer over boiling water.
Cover and steam 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Serve vegetables with sauce.
