|Fresh herbs/Kinh gioi, chili, ginger||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Assorted, Such As Coriander, Basil, Mint Leaves)|
|Fish sauce/Nuoc mam||1 Teaspoon (Leveled) (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)|
Wash the herbs and liquidize them in a blender.
Season with 'nuoc mam' and pepper.
Keep one part of the mixture as a thick puree.
Mix the other part with a little water to make a fresh herbal sauce
