Broccoli With Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
  Slivered almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Frozen broccoli spears 20 Ounce (2 Packages, 10 Ounce Each)
  Cream cheese 6 Ounce (2 Packages, 3 Ounce Each)
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Grated lemon peel 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

In small bowl, combine almonds and butter.
Cook uncovered, 3 minutes, stirring twice.
Set aside.
Remove wax or foil overwrap, place packages of frozen broccoli in oven and cook 5 minutes.
Open packages and rearrange broccoli.
Close packages and cook 5 minutes or until broccoli is just about tender.
Let stand while preparing sauce.
In 2-cup measure, soften cream cheese (30 sec).
Cream until smooth.
Add milk, lemon peel, lemon juice, ginger and salt.
Cook uncovered, 1 minute, 30 seconds or until hot.
Place broccoli spears on serving platter, pour on sauce and sprinkle with almonds.
