|Cooking apples||500 Gram|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Cinnamon powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Peel, core and chop apples.
Combine apples and water in a pan.
Place over medium fire.
Cook till apples are tender.
Blend in one tablespoon flour with three tablespoons water and add to cooking apples.
Cook for a minute more and remove from fire.
When slightly cool, liquidise and pass through a sieve, if desired.
Add sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon powder.
