Raspberry Strawberry Sauce
|Frozen raspberries in light syrup||10 Ounce, thawed and undrained (1 Package)|
|Frozen strawberries in light syrup||10 Ounce, thawed and undrained (1 Package)|
|Chambord/Other raspberry flavored liqueur||3 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
Combine raspberries and strawberries in container of an electric blender; process until smooth.
Pour mixture through a wire-mesh strainer into a heavy saucepan, discarding seeds.
Add cornstarch and sugar to strained mixture, stirring until smooth.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Remove from heat; stir in liqueur and lemon juice.
Cover and chill thoroughly.
Stir before serving.
