Basic Mayonnaise Sauce

Ingredients
  Egg yolks 2
  French mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1 Pinch
  Cayenne pepper 3⁄4 Pinch (Small Pinch)
  Lemon juice 4 Drop (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
  Corn oil 1⁄2 Pint (1 Cup)
  White wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Put the yolks into a small bowl, add seasonings and lemon juice and work together for a few minutes using a wooden spoon.
Add 2 tablespoons oil 2-3 drops at a time.
The mixture should now be thick.
